Matt fabric, no glare
Polyester does not bounce back the flash or the strong light in the room, so the graphic reads clearly in the photo. Because it is stretched tight, it does not crease either.
Print included in the price
Every configuration includes full-colour print across the whole surface, single or double sided. Double sided makes sense when the backdrop stands free and is also seen from behind.
A frame you can reuse
The frame is stored between events. If you run several a year, only the printed fabric changes.
Where a company step and repeat backdrop is used
The clearest uses are the entrance to a conference or annual meeting, the trade show stand, an awards ceremony and the company party. In every case the backdrop is what sits behind the photos that later circulate on social media and in internal communications.
The most common size is 3 × 2.3 m, enough for four or five people in a row; for portraits of two or three, 2 × 2.5 m is plenty, and group photos call for a width of 4 m or more. Avoid setting it up in front of a window: with the light behind, faces come out dark and the backdrop loses its colour.
Material, assembly, transport and printing
These are polyester fabric displays stretched over a frame, in straight, curved and circular versions. They are light, free of glare and creases, and come apart so you can take them to the next venue.
The graphic is built on the print template for each size, a 1:1 scale PDF you download from the product page. Before printing we check that your file meets the template for dimensions, resolution and safe area, and if the print comes out faulty, it is reprinted at no cost.
How to choose your step and repeat backdrop
- Shape of the display
- The straight one is the classic backdrop for photos in a row; the curved one wraps around the frame a little more and feels like a set; the circular one works as a brand piece on a stand or in a lounge area.
- Single or double sided
- Single sided if the backdrop goes against a wall. Double sided if it stands in the middle of the space and is seen from both sides.
- Usable height and width
- The usable height should not drop below 2.3 m, so the wall is not visible above people's heads. The width depends on how many people you want in the photo.
- Graphic design
- The usual choice is a repeat pattern with the logo every 15-25 cm, sometimes alternated with a sponsor's. That way, even if people cover part of the backdrop, any crop of the photo shows one or two complete logos.
