About this product

This roll-up is used at trade fairs, conferences and in shops to display advertising messages or promotions vertically. The graphic surface gives presence to communication at passing points and public-facing areas.

The adStand Lux has an aluminium structure, a thick-wall mast and a wide support base. It measures 85 x 210 cm and weighs 4 kg with packaging. The retraction mechanism is designed for prolonged use. The print can be replaced with new graphics when the campaign changes.

The graphic is kept inside the aluminium casing during transport. It includes a bag, which makes it easier to move between events and set-ups.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

If yours is not here, write to us. People answer, not an automatic form.

Ask with no commitmentSee how it worksAll frequently asked questions

How much does Roll up banner adStand Lux cost with my logo?

CHF 63.25 per unit at 1 units, with marking included. This price excludes VAT and shipping: both are calculated in the quote, using the delivery address.

Does the price include marking?

Yes. The price you see already includes single-colour marking in the standard location. If you want more colours or a different technique, we'll tell you the cost in the quote.

What is the minimum order?

A minimum order of CHF 91.65 excl. VAT per quote, counting the products only (not shipping). You can reach it with this product on its own or by combining it with others. Below that, setup costs outweigh the product itself and the per-unit price stops making sense.

How long does the quote take, and how long is delivery?

The quote, 24 working hours. The delivery time depends on the technique and quantity and is shown on each product's page, in working days to your country.

Can I see how my logo will look before ordering?

Yes. Send us the logo and we'll return the simulation on the product together with the fixed quote. It costs nothing and involves no commitment.

What format should I send my logo in?

In vector format, preferably SVG, AI or PDF. If you only have it in PNG or JPG, let us know: we'll check it and tell you whether it works for the marking size.

Can I request a sample?

Yes. A marked sample before production avoids almost every headache, and for electronics we always recommend it.

How do shipping and customs work?

We ship from our warehouse in Spain, to one address or several. The order travels on DAP terms: you are the importer and pay the import VAT, any duties and the customs clearance. Shipping is itemised in the quote, calculated for your address, and customs adds a few days to the delivery time.

Does the invoice include VAT?

No. Prices exclude VAT and, as the order leaves the European Union, the invoice carries no Spanish VAT: it is an export. Import VAT and duties are paid at customs in your country, by whoever imports the order.

Do I have to pay anything to request a quote?

No. Requesting a quote is free and without obligation, and you don't need to create an account: you pay when you approve the mock-up with your logo, before production. If you prefer to design it yourself in the studio and purchase directly, your card is only held and charged when we review your design. On orders of €500 or more (including VAT and shipping) you can pay by bank transfer or by card, with a 1.5% card payment surcharge.

What if the branding doesn't come out like the mock-up?

We redo it at no cost. If the branding is faulty or doesn't match the mock-up you approved, we make it again.

Can I return my order?

A product branded with your logo can't be returned or exchanged: it can't be sold to anyone else. What we do cover is any mistake of ours: if something arrives damaged, with a manufacturing defect or with a print that differs from the mock-up you approved, tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photos, and we replace it free of charge or, if that isn't possible, refund it. Production can deliver up to 5% more or fewer units, and you are invoiced for what arrives.

We show it to you with your logo.

Send us the logo and we will return the simulation on this product and the fixed quote, including shipping and delivery date.
