    Payment is due once the design is approved, before production: when you give the go-ahead to our mock-up or, if you design it yourself and purchase on the website, when we review it. Until then, your card is only held.

    If the branding is faulty or doesn't match the mock-up you approved, we redo it at no cost.

  • Claims within 7 days

    Because it carries your brand, it can't be returned. If anything arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you approved, tell us within 7 days with photos and we replace or refund it. Terms

About this product

The Findit tracker card allows businesses to prevent the loss of wallets. Thanks to its integrated technology, it connects with Apple’s Find My app. When a wallet is forgotten, an instant notification is received. Additionally, it can be tracked anywhere in the world and a sound can be activated to locate it when nearby.

With a thickness of just 2.3 mm, the card is water-resistant (IPX5) and features a long-lasting rechargeable battery. It wirelessly charges in one hour and can last up to six months. Made from recycled ABS, it has 40% recycled content and is RCS certified. The gift box is made from FSC® material.

How much does Rechargeable Ultra-Thin Tracker Card Plastic Findit cost with my logo?

From CHF 27.75 per unit at 25 units, with marking included. The price drops with quantity: from 2.500 units it comes to CHF 19.70 per unit. These prices exclude VAT and shipping: both are calculated in the quote, using the delivery address.

Does the price include marking?

Yes. The price you see already includes single-colour marking in the standard location. If you want more colours or a different technique, we'll tell you the cost in the quote.

Where and with which technique can Rechargeable Ultra-Thin Tracker Card Plastic Findit be marked?

Marking locations: Front of the item. Available techniques: UV digital printing and Pad Printing. Before you decide anything, we'll show you the logo placed on the product, in the location and at the size the technique allows, at no cost.

What is the minimum order?

A minimum order of CHF 91.65 excl. VAT per quote, counting the products only (not shipping). You can reach it with this product on its own or by combining it with others. Below that, setup costs outweigh the product itself and the per-unit price stops making sense.

How long does the quote take, and how long is delivery?

The quote, 24 working hours. The delivery time depends on the technique and quantity and is shown on each product's page, in working days to your country.

Can I see how my logo will look before ordering?

Yes. Send us the logo and we'll return the simulation on the product together with the fixed quote. It costs nothing and involves no commitment.

What format should I send my logo in?

In vector format, preferably SVG, AI or PDF. If you only have it in PNG or JPG, let us know: we'll check it and tell you whether it works for the marking size.

Can I request a sample?

Yes. A marked sample before production avoids almost every headache, and for electronics we always recommend it.

How do shipping and customs work?

We ship from our warehouse in Spain, to one address or several. The order travels on DAP terms: you are the importer and pay the import VAT, any duties and the customs clearance. Shipping is itemised in the quote, calculated for your address, and customs adds a few days to the delivery time.

Does the invoice include VAT?

No. Prices exclude VAT and, as the order leaves the European Union, the invoice carries no Spanish VAT: it is an export. Import VAT and duties are paid at customs in your country, by whoever imports the order.

Do I have to pay anything to request a quote?

No. Requesting a quote is free and without obligation, and you don't need to create an account: you pay when you approve the mock-up with your logo, before production. If you prefer to design it yourself in the studio and purchase directly, your card is only held and charged when we review your design. On orders of €500 or more (including VAT and shipping) you can pay by bank transfer or by card, with a 1.5% card payment surcharge.

What if the branding doesn't come out like the mock-up?

We redo it at no cost. If the branding is faulty or doesn't match the mock-up you approved, we make it again.

Can I return my order?

A product branded with your logo can't be returned or exchanged: it can't be sold to anyone else. What we do cover is any mistake of ours: if something arrives damaged, with a manufacturing defect or with a print that differs from the mock-up you approved, tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photos, and we replace it free of charge or, if that isn't possible, refund it. Production can deliver up to 5% more or fewer units, and you are invoiced for what arrives.
